The array is actually quite simple, a visualizer can theoretically drive N display bottles.
But if the power supply is not good (or insufficient, it may cause the electromagnet to drive the ferrofluid to be powerless, or even not work.)
Here we analyze the voltage, current relationship of each component:
visualizer: input voltage 5-24V, the output is also 5-24V, but the maximum current output is 2A. its own working current 10mA ~ 22mA
electromagnet; take 45kg for example, 12V, 0.4A, 5W.
So the maximum output power is 5V*2A=10W, 12V*2A=24W
In summary, the overall power consumption is about 0.5-0.62A, in the case of power adapter input 2A, visualizer output 2A, a visualizer to drive 2 electromagnets is no problem.
But it depends on whether your power supply is sufficiently powerful.
So how to drive more?
use more visualizers.
use signal amplifier, one can drive 4 groups, Theoretically, sufficient power is supplied to drive N sets of electromagnets.
So how to choose?
Both methods are feasible, and here you can refer to the cost-effectiveness as well as the operational needs to determine the most appropriate method.
